We cannot wait to welcome you back into the doors of the salon for a much needed catch up and pamper.

We want our salon to be somewhere you can relax and feel safe so things will be a bit different when you enter. 

Whilst we were closed, we were busy preparing for our reopening with lots of new safety, hygiene and distancing measures in place. As such, we are kindly asking customers not to make an appointment if:

  • You have experienced any COVID 19 symptoms in the last 14 days
  • You have been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the last 14 days

We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and the services we offer

What treatments won’t be available?

BABTAC and the NHBF have said that any treatments on a person’s face will not be permitted. This includes:

  • Face waxing, sugaring or threading services
  • Facial treatments
  • Advanced facial (electrical or mechanical)
  • Eyelash treatments
  • Make-up application
  • Dermarolling
  • Dermaplaning
  • Microblading
  • Eyebrow treatments

We are awaiting a date to recommence all treatments to the face.

SALON GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENTS

We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner

You will receive a telephone call the day before your appointment to answer a few Covid 19 related questions.

Please arrive wearing a face mask and use our hand sanitiser at the door

We will take your temperature on arrival as well as all team members

Contact us and re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating. Our cancellation charge will not apply

We will stagger client arrival times to minimise close contact

We will book out time before and after each client to clean regularly

Where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment area/room to avoid congestion in the reception area

Please only arrive at the time of your appointment, waiting areas will not be available

One-use disposable items will be used where necessary (sustainable alternatives kept where possible)

We ask that you pay using card or other cashless means where possible

Please come alone to your appointment and with limited personal belongings

The only refreshments on offer will be water in disposable cups

Appointment only, no walk-ins

Our therapists will wear gloves, masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE) during treatments where required. Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments are very important to the team members at Luxe Beauty Lounge.  Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

 

– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.  Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
